Are you in the process of buying a new home?

Make sure to call the areas Original Certified Master Inspector! The market has been unpredictable lately and some buyers are choosing not to get a home inspection, hoping that this will improve their chances on obtaining the house. This is not a very wise decision as I have heard horror stories about people foregoing the home inspection and then moving in and finding 1000s of dollars of items that need to be repaired.

I have been inspecting local homes since 2011 and know what to look for during the inspections.

I am also available to provide thermal imaging on a stand alone basis. Beware of the home inspectors who provide complimentary thermal imaging with their home inspections. Most of these inspectors have little to no prior training with how to decipher the images they have taken and are utilizing inferior thermal cameras which won't show a complete picure of what may be happening behind the walls and ceilings. I am a Level II Certified Thermographer who has experience providing thermal scans on multi-million dollar buildings.
