Mentor's Home Inspector Qualifications

I am a member in good standing with InterNACHI. InterNACHI is the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, They are the largest organization for certified home inspectors.

InterNACHI mandates that you pass certain tests before you can become a member and they also have tests that you must pass on a yearly basis along with completing at least 24 hours of continuing education...which I always exceed by well over 100 hours.

I am also a member of ASHI, which is the United States oldest home inspectors organization who also requires its members to complete their own forms of continuing education.

Being that I am a member of both organizations makes my company the only Lake County company certified by both InterNACHI and ASHI!
